System upgrade information
We are excited to share that we will be completing our Treadwell Credit Union System Upgrade beginning February 28, 2026. We expect to have everything completed by March 2, 2026.
IMPORTANT OFFICE HOURS INFO:
– Our lobby will close at 4pm on Friday, 2/27/26
– Our lobby will remain closed through Saturday, 2/28/26
– Regular office hours will resume on Monday, 3/2/26
IMPORTANT SERVICE INFO:
– Online and phone banking will go offline at 4pm on Friday, 2/27/26
– Debit card transaction limits will be reduced from Friday, 2/27/26 at 2pm until Monday, 3/2/26 at 6pm
What's Changing?
The following things WILL CHANGE.
• Your Member Number
• Your MasterCard© Debit Card
• Phone Banking (CUTalk)
• Online & Mobile Banking
• In-Branch Transaction & Loan System
YOUR MEMBER NUMBER
Your member number will become a 6-digit number, beginning with the number 4 and followed by leading zeros and your current member number. For example: If your current member number is 1234, your new member number will be 401234. If your current member number is 12345, your new member number will be 412345.
YOUR MASTERCARD© DEBIT CARD
You will be receiving a new Debit Card in the mail no later than 2/25/26. Please note that your new card will have the DayMet Credit Union logo on it. New Treadwell Credit Union cards will be issued later in 2026.
As of March 3, 2026, you will have access to the following services and more:
– Checking accounts with BaZing benefits
– Shared branching
– Mobile deposit
– Mobile wallet for iPhone & Android
– Additional branch locations
– Direct Deposit NOW (early deposit)
